We do not sell strategy on paper. We answer four questions in writing — feasible or not, at what cost, how fast, and where the risk sits — then stay with you until every item is closed.
Manufacturing Localisation
Plant siting, equipment export and installation, local hiring and shift structure, supplier localisation and capacity certification.
Investment Structuring & Capital
Holding and transaction structures, tax residency and PE planning, cross-border funding, plus access to policy banks, China–Africa funds and local lenders.
Local Operations & Retainer
Accounting and tax outsourcing, employment compliance, legal support, government liaison and quarterly business reviews.
Why Morocco
A tariff corridor between Europe and Africa — China’s natural nearshore springboard
Morocco is the only African country with free trade agreements with both the United States and the European Union, giving industrial goods duty-free access to a market of a billion consumers. Tanger Med lies 14 km from Europe and is Africa’s largest container port.
Typical scenarios
The three Morocco projects we see most often, and how they usually run

Scenario 01 · New energy
Serving European customers from Moroccan capacity
Build in the Tangier free zone or work with a local contract manufacturer, design the process and local value to qualify for EU origin, and shorten delivery cycles into Europe.
0%
EU duty on industrial goods (origin met)
10–15 days
sea transit, Tangier to Rotterdam

Scenario 02 · Home appliances
Morocco as a North African distribution and after-sales hub
Set up a distribution and service entity in Casablanca to centralise clearance, inventory and dealer management across North and West Africa.
3–10 days
transit from Morocco to North and West Africa
20%
local VAT on domestic sales (price it in)

Scenario 03 · Automotive components
Entering the Tangier and Kenitra OEM supply systems
Build and supply to IATF 16949 and OEM takt requirements, then develop local second-tier suppliers to raise local content step by step.
100 million
vehicles produced in Morocco in 2025
250+
automotive suppliers in the Moroccan cluster
Typical scenarios
Three things clients want settled before they start
Can the tariff really be zero?
Not for every product. We model it first, using HS classification and EU origin rules: where zero duty is available we document the conditions and evidence required; where it is not, we propose alternatives — a different product scope, a different process route or a different market. Then you decide whether to invest.
Who carries the compliance risk?
We only design positions that survive audit. Process records, local value calculations and the supporting document system are built during the project, and the engagement letter sets out delivery boundaries and responsibilities. We do not offer schemes to circumvent tariffs.
How do I control it if I am not in Morocco?
Critical milestones are executed jointly by the local team and us. Policies, SOPs and management reports are produced in Chinese, English and French, with weekly updates and monthly reviews, so headquarters can engage directly.
